POSITION DESCRIPTION:   

Wadzpay is looking for a Sales Manager in Singapore. As a Sales Manager & Strategist, responsible to take our business to the next level by generating high-value leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for all sales activities, achieving company sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall goals of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to bring in new clients, investors, and projects.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Market Research & Positioning: Understand the blockchain landscape and position iMeta Technologies as a leader.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Revenue Generation: Close high-value deals and ensure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to align solutions with client needs.
  • Set sales targets and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy in blockchain/crypto/software development.
  • Negotiate and close high-value ad deals, ensuring long-term partnerships with Web3 advertisers.
  • Leverage existing Web3 communities, forums, and networks to identify new advertising opportunities.
  • Analyse Web3 advertising trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to refine our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials targeting Web3 advertisers.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in web3, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Defi, Nfts, and Crypto exchanges.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience with crm tools (HubSpot, salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach tools (LinkedIn sales navigator, email marketing).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of business growth.
  • Strong working knowledge of Payment services / products, competitive products in the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic thinker with planning, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
